  Add Liquidity (5% fee goes to providers)
  

  Only expired coupons can be in DPOOL3 (or within 12 epochs from expiry)

  1 DPOOL3 token = 1 DSD coupon, regardless of the expiration.

They can later be migrated to the new DIP13 system at 50% rate.
